Lavender Light to Perform on The Seth Meyers Show
On Monday, February 8th, this talented young artist will be making his late night television debut, performing his single "Temple" on NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers.
Joining him for this very special debut performance will be New York City's very own LGBT Lavender Light Gospel Choir. Formed in 1985, Lavender Light prides itself on the dedication in keeping the black gospel music tradition alive in an environment supportive to the LGBT community. As part of this community, 24-year-old Parson wanted his debut to be as meaningful to others as it is special to him, he explains "I wanted to make sure that my debut performance came with a message and is a celebration of diversity and acceptance. I am so honored to have such an incredible group of people from the LGBT community join me onstage for this moment."
